With the strong support and guidance of the Luojiang District Federation of Trade Unions, the Zhongzhi Labor Union has consistently upheld its people-oriented corporate culture and service philosophy, turning its commitment to employee care into meaningful action. To help address the challenge of childcare during the summer vacation and allow employees to focus on their work with peace of mind, the Labor Union organized a Summer Care Program that successfully concluded this season.
From venue preparation and curriculum planning to safety management and daily care, every detail reflected the Union’s dedication and commitment. With the valuable support and guidance of the Luojiang District Federation of Trade Unions, the program provided employees and their families with reassurance, convenience, and heartfelt care throughout the summer.
Unlike traditional childcare programs, this year’s Summer Care Program focused on four key objectives: attentive supervision, engaging activities, academic support, and personal development. The program introduced an innovative service model integrating childcare, management, and education.
In addition to providing structured academic guidance that helped children maintain their studies and develop positive learning habits during the summer break, the program also featured a variety of enriching activities, including handicrafts, picture-book reading sessions, educational field trips, and interactive learning experiences. These activities encouraged children to explore new interests, broaden their horizons, and enhance their overall abilities, transforming the program from simple childcare into a comprehensive growth and development experience.

During the program, participants not only completed their summer assignments efficiently and strengthened their academic knowledge but also expanded their perspectives and developed valuable skills through a wide range of engaging activities. They built new friendships with like-minded peers and created lasting memories together.
One of the highlights of the program was the “Visit Your Parents’ Workplace” activity. Through this experience, children gained firsthand insight into their parents’ daily work, developed a deeper appreciation for their efforts and dedication, and acquired a more meaningful understanding of responsibility and hard work.
The Summer Care Program concluded with a warm and memorable closing ceremony filled with laughter and joy.
The children took center stage and confidently showcased what they had learned and accomplished throughout the summer. Their performances included expressive poetry recitations, captivating storytelling sessions, and entertaining stand-up comedy acts, all of which received enthusiastic applause from the audience.
Their confidence, creativity, and cheerful smiles became the most precious gifts they could offer to their teachers and parents. The venue was filled with applause, happiness, and touching moments, creating unforgettable memories for everyone present.
